Our mission

Every day, 43 kids in the U.S. are diagnosed with cancer. Too many of them spend their childhood fighting battles no child should face. That’s why I ride. That’s why my family rides.

We call ourselves Rebels With a Cause. My husband builds custom BMX bikes, I’m a cruiser-loving free spirit, and our daughter rides right alongside us. For us, bikes mean freedom, fun, and even puddle-splashing when it rains — but they also mean something bigger now.

We ride for the bravest kids of all: those fighting cancer. Every mile we ride is a rebellion against this disease, and every ride is a promise that no child fights alone.”

This September, The Sprocket Syndicate- Rebels with a Cause is taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So we are raising funds through our challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
