Year One – Learning the Ride
When I first joined the Great Cycle Challenge, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Could I log the miles? Could I stay committed? Every pedal stroke became a promise—not just to myself, but to the children and families facing cancer.
Year Two – Stronger with Support
The second year became about community. Friends, clients, and family rallied around me with encouragement and donations. Together, we raised more than I ever imagined, and every mile carried the weight of hope we were building for kids who deserve healthy, joy-filled childhoods.
Year Three – From Miles to Meaning
This year, something shifted. The first two years were measured in distance, but this fall the ride became about something deeper. It wasn’t just the miles—it was the climb, the challenge, and the resilience it takes to keep pushing forward. And more personally, it became about being present and relevant in my daughter’s world. Sharing this challenge with her—through example and commitment—has given every ride a new layer of purpose.
The Ride Continues
The month isn’t over yet, and every dollar makes a difference. Commitment is what it takes—not only from me on the bike, but from all of us—to bring hope and help to families facing the unimaginable. Your support doesn’t just fund research, it inspires families to keep going, to find strength in the hardest days, and to believe in brighter tomorrows.
If you’re able, please consider supporting this ride. Every contribution fuels progress, research, and hope. Together, we can make a difference—one climb, one mile, one child at a time.
