It was a crisp morning ride. We couldβve used a light jacket, but we braved the 56Β° weather.
Iβm so glad I was able to do this Great Cycle Challenge. I definitely plan on doing it again next year and hope that I have some friends that will do it with me. π΄π»ββοΈ

I had the opportunity to teach a class on exercise. I rode my bike to the class so the women could see what an e-bike was like. I talked about the different routes and trails we have close by.
I totally enjoyed my ride today. The weather was perfect. There was a little breeze that kept me from over heating. Thirty miles was my goal and it was achieved. Please continue to help me meet my riding and donation goal to help researchers for kids cancer.
It was a little rainy today. So, instead of just singing in the rain. We were riding in the rain. π΄π»ββοΈπ§οΈπ΄π»ββοΈπ¦π§οΈπ΄π»ββοΈπ¦Kristi and Alicia joined in on this ride. Thanks for helping me meet my goal.
Long day at work, then coached 3 hours of volleyball. I still fit in a 6.20 mile ride. A huge thanks to my daughter for encouraging me to get a few miles in today. π΄π»ββοΈπ΄π»ββοΈ
My goal was 30 miles. The weather was a bit warm and humid so, I had to stop my ride at the 25 mile mark. My daughter was my riding partner.
