This September, I am taking part in the "Great Cycle Challenge" to fight kids' cancer once again! Why? Cancer affects young and old! My mother Nancy, my brother Jack have passed away due to cancer. My husband Steve has beat cancer for 4 years. I am riding this year for a friends son Freddie, who is just over a year old and has battled cancer a few times, and is battling it once again 😥 He has the most positive attitude and fighting spirit! I am riding for him to also to bring awareness of this terrible disease and for prayers for him, others fighting cancer and their families! Cancer is the biggest killer of kids from disease in the USA. This will be my 6th year doing this, and so appreciate my past sponsors! These past 5 years we have raised over $5,300! So, I am raising funds once again through the "Greater Cycle Challenge" to help these kids and support the "Children's Cancer Research Fund" to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer. I strongly believe that Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
