Ce was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma in 2001 and has gone through extensive testing, bone biopsy, Chemo and steam cell transplant. She was in remission for 11 years when she had yet another bout with this nasty cancer in 2011. And again she She again went through more agonizing treatments and bone marrow transplant which put her once again in remission. She continues to do chemo once a month to help keep her cancer at bay. As of today, the doctors have temporarily halted her Chemo treatments for the time being due to her blood counts and platelets numbers being are too low. Ce is the strongest, craziest and most courageous person I've ever met. She is always in high spirits and has a wonderful attitude. I'm honored to know her and to be a part of this fundraiser to help people just like Ce.
