I'm Riding For

David Rech

My husband is now cancer free because of cancer research. He had stage 4 melonoma. He will continue with immune therapy for 2 more years .I know he is alive today because of cancer research. I watched what he has gone through and other friends when fighting the battle. My husband was one of the lucky ones to survive. This year I dedicate my riding to a dear friend Terry Niemann who is fighting really hard to get his miracle. I cannot as a parent watching your child go through this. It’s just heartbreaking. I knew when Dave got his miracle it was time for me to give back. This is my fourth year riding for the kids and cancer research and I have raised a lot of money but also have received so many blessings also. I am fortunate to start my riding in Hawaii in a week. So excited to get started riding and most importantly raising money. To all who have supported me in the past thank you so much. I hope you are able to continue to support this cause. Stay safe everyone and maybe you will see me on the road peddling❤️🚴🏼‍♀️❤️🚴🏼‍♀️

This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
