I'm Riding For
Myself, Dana Throgmorton, Bob Chester, Dot Scott

This year I am riding to honor myself, as well as my sister Dana and, Bob Chester's who both lost their cancer battle in 2023, plus my mom's battle with colon cancer back in 2011, which she eventually beat. I was diagnosed with breast cancer last year and now I have completed my treatments and am cancer free. For my mom who fought and beat colon cancer. I love you mom!! She passed away in January 2022 of COVID pneumonia and I continue to honor her legacy. For my sister Dana, who lost her battle with Stage 4 metasized breast cancer in Sept 2023. For the Old Man (Bob Chester) because he lost his battle with stage 4 pancreatic cancer in 2023. So Let's ride to Kick Cancer's Butt!
My Story
This Sept, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!
Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.
Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
Please support me by making a donation to give these kids the brighter futures they deserve.
Your support will change little lives.
Thank you.
