My Story

This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

With so many people impacted by cancer it should be on everyone to help try and stem this growing issue. More to the point - no child should have to battle for their lives, they should be out learning, experiencing, and exploring.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.

I have been lucky enough to not have battled cancer myself, or known anyone that has had to fight children's cancer- but many people in my life have had to deal with cancer in its other forms: breast, thyroid, and brain. I am grateful to still have these individuals in my life.
