This September, I am participating in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer—a cause that has become deeply personal to me.

In 2023, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. Thankfully, I am now in remission. This battle profoundly changed my perspective on cancer, teaching me firsthand the fear, uncertainty, and resilience it demands. While my journey was challenging, I can't help but think of the unimaginable burden cancer places on children and their families.

Cancer remains the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and tragically, 38 children lose their lives to cancer every week. Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

Through my challenge, I am raising funds to support the Children's Cancer Research Fund, helping them continue their vital work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
