I’m riding in memory of my husband, Greg, who passed away in July 2024 after a courageous year long battle with pancreatic cancer!
My Story
This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!
Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.
Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
I’m also riding a memory of my husband, Greg Goodwin, who passed away a year ago from pancreatic cancer and many friends and family members who have fought or lost the battle with this terrible disease!
So I am raising funds through my challenge to help support the life-saving research that must be done in order to find effective solutions for treating all varieties of cancer!!!!
