This is the only grandfather I knew in my life and he was lost due to his use of cigarettes. Well at least as far as I know. He passed back in December of 2017 or 18 I think. Well I’m signing up for this to do something good

This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.

Please support me by making a donation to give these kids the brighter futures they deserve.

    Howdy yall it’s Juan again posting to the zero people watching this little blog thingy but eh still. Well anyways idk I might post a couple times a week just to idk give anyone who Might donate a reason to and this is like a little testimony to my dedication to completing this challenge and hopefully raising Something to help these poor sick kids who deserve none of what they have and it’s a tragedy that they are falling ill but since I am able-bodied and capable I wanna do something good. Well I kinda live by this little I’m not too sure what it’s called but saying, the saying goes, “If you are capable of doing good, do it”. Well along the lines of that, like if you are given the choice between doing something good and something bad, or being nice or mean, I’m gonna choose to be nice or do a good thing because I think it’s safe to assume that anyone in the right mind would say “yeah” and do the “good” thing because doing something good is like the ethically right thing to do. Okay I’m yapping js because I’m kinda zoned out on the school bus right now, I didn’t end up going on a bike ride yesterday so I need to make up for it or just do a mini marathon this weekend to make up for it and get closer to my goal of 50 miles. As always, thank you for following my 50 miles fighting cancer and I hope and pray all the best for you.

    Yo what’s up what’s good y’all my name is Juan-Carlos and I decided I am gonna cycle to fight cancer. I am being a part of this fight to raise money because my grandfather had a form of lung cancer due to smoking cigarettes. He passed when I was maybe 10-12 years old, I’m not sure I don’t wanna do the math. Well I’m gonna expand on this by telling you who I am. I’m a 17 year old kid, I’m from Fresno California USA. I’m in highschool and I go to independence high in Madera Ranchos. I’m in my senior year and I intend on graduating this December and persuing at least, bare minimum part time career with Care Fresno (hopefully I get hired when I do turn 18). I’ve been applying for jobs everywhere and I built up a decent resume at least I think so. Well I also have a background in Manuel labor, my dad and grandfather both worked roofing for at least 8 years of their lifetime. My mother has been a single mother for most of my life until she met my stepdad like a long while ago, maybe 2018 a year after my grandpa died? I’m not certain because I’m actively on the school bus getting to high school at 7:28am. Well what I’m trying to get at is that I’m pretty dope, and I have no one to tell you otherwise (cool glasses emoji). Well I’m out I’m at school so have a good one! I should be biking at least 5 miles today, have a goodie y’all.
