In September 2024 I will once again take part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer... Why? Because cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the US. Cooler Weather Ahead
19 Aug 2025With the heat dome moving away from WNY, things are finally cooling off which makes for better weather... however, the shorter days do not make it easier to log miles. In any event, it hard to believe it but the GCC starts in just two weeks! Hope you are following along with my training and mileage accomplishments.

21 Jul 2025It's official I signed up again, this might be my 12th year?
I registered for the ride, and donated to myself to kick things off. I got the spandex out, oiled up the bike chain, and blew up the tires... I'm officially in training for my GCC 2025 ride.
