This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because cancer has touched people close to me and students in my classes. My mother, students that I teach and/or their siblings have had to battle cancer. Some, like my mother, have come out victorious; however, others have not. I ride so others may one day not have to battle and have the type of childhood every child should have, one filled with days with their family and friends.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
