This year I am riding for my Mom and my friend Andy who both lost their battle with Cancer in 2020.

Mom joined the United States Marine Corps as was a recruiter for six years, until being honorably discharged in 1958. She married my Dad, Bob in 1960 and they raised 7 children. She was an accomplished musician who spent years playing the organ for several local Catholic Churches and hundreds of local weddings. Mom was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, neighbor, and friend.

Andy and I were friends for almost 30 years. For the many that knew and love Andy, he was affectionately described as fun loving, outgoing, and opinionated the list goes on. For me, I would describe him first and foremost as a child of God, a husband, father, brother, and good friend.

Andy was the drummer in a local band called Full Circle. He also lent his musical talent to local worship bands. Andy was also an avid BBQ pit master and I credit a lot of my cooking knowledge to Andy.
