I'm Riding For

Many of us have been affected by the hardships of cancer. My father lost his life to lymphoma. I have also spent time in a major hospital with one of my children while the child in the next bed received chemotherapy for an astrocytoma. I witnessed the bravery of that little girl and her family. I lost touch with them, but that little girl is always in my thoughts. If riding a bike for a few miles can help children in any way, I am all in. I hope my friends and family can also contribute to this cause. It means a lot to me and to many others. I truly appreciate any help you can provide.
My Story
This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!
Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.
Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
