I am riding for the multiple people in my life that have battled with and/or lost their battle with cancer.

My Story

This is my 5th year participating in the Great Cycle Challenge. As the years continue, this event has become more and more important to me for many reasons. It is a cause that is close to my heart and continues to inspire me in ways I can't predict. It breaks my heart that anyone, especially children, has to go through fighting cancer when they should be living life and looking forward to their future! Finding a cure is so very important when this disease is impacting so many people and families!

This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
